Anthony Facinelli leads the Laboratory Business at PHASE Scientific Americas, overseeing commercial strategy, partnerships, and market development for lab-based diagnostics. He brings deep experience across clinical labs, molecular testing, and diagnostic commercialization, supported by a strong network within the laboratory community.

Before joining PHASE, Anthony held multiple executive roles across the diagnostics sector, including CCO, COO, SVP, and VP posts, spanning both high-growth startups and multibillion-dollar organizations. His background includes serving as Regional Vice President at Quest Diagnostics, as well as leadership roles at Sonic Healthcare/WestPac Labs, Pathway Genomics, and Sotera Wireless.

He is known for identifying high-value opportunities, translating technical solutions into customer-focused solutions, and driving adoption across health systems, reference labs, and integrated delivery networks. His leadership continues to shape PHASE’s growing portfolio across professional and high-complexity diagnostics.
